This loaf is made with the addition of 30% wholegrain rye, making it extra nutritious. It has a great depth of flavour, soft crumb and a thin crispy crust. It's perfect for making deli sandwiches or enjoyed with butter and honey.....Oh and it fits perfectly in the toaster too! 

Naturally leavened and slow fermented for 22 hours.

Ingredients: Wholegrain Milling sustainable wheat and rye flour, water, sea salt, sourdough culture (wheat flour, water) 

Allergens: wheat, rye.
