Cheddar & Spring Onion Fougasse

The ultimate bread for snacking, ripping & dipping, sharing or enjoying all to yourself! Ours is filled with a 24 month sharp cheddar & spring onion then baked 'till golden & finished with spring onion oil & a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. YUM!

Ingredients: Wholegrain Milling sustainable wheat flour, water, sea salt, cheddar cheese (milk, salt, cultures), spring onion, yeast, sourdough culture (flour, water)
