An Italian classic focaccia. Slow fermented for 24 hours and made with sustainable wheat flour and laced with Australian extra virgin olive oil, then topped with confit garlic, rosemary and sea salt flakes. The perfect addition to the dining table or picnic.

Serves 4 generously as a side to a main meal.

Ingredients: Wholegrain Milling sustainable wheat flour, water, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, sourdough culture (flour, water), yeast, confit garlic (garlic, olive oil), rosemary.
